 Strong and durable!Jan 28, 2011

I've been using these for cutting out cookies from a rather stiff sugar cookie dough. I am in love with these cutters! Unlike the common tin steel cookie cutters, these are made from rigid stainless steel and are great for making precise cuts in a stiff dough. I've always hated how the common tin steel cutters easily lose their shape if you're not careful with them. These don't and I bet they'll last for years!

Ateco makes great products. There are 6 pieces of these square cutters used for baking. I use them mostly for cookies and assorted pastries. One edge is a straight edge and the other side is another design. These are not flimsy materials and does what it needs to do. Perfect!

After trying to find a square cutter in town, Amazon came through for me. The double sided cutter with various sizes makes it so much easier to bake my kolacky with all uniformed sizes. Who says sugar cookies have to be round? If you are a baker, you need this in your collection of cutters.

I am happy with the sizes and quality of these cutters! They nest into each other, so are easy to store in a small drawer. They work great for scones!

I love Ateco products, but the largest of these cutters arrived broken at the seam and I can't even use it. Very disappointing.
