Today I went to the restaurant supply store near me to replace the older plastic one I had that lasted less than a year and tried several different ones out. This one was by far the best!!!! It spins so smoothly you can't even feel it move. I am so happy with this purchase. Great turntable for cake decorating!!!!!! Tomorrow I will be making a 3 tiered engagement cake and I'm really looking forward to decorating it with this stand!

I love this cake stand. It's nice and sturdy and it rotates smoothly. I also have the Wilton which was ok for me as a starter but I like that this one is elevated and the fact that it comes with the non slip pad.

After looking around at all of the options out there I was disgusted with how cheap the plastic cake stands felt and looked. Then I stumbled on this beauty. It rotates smoothly, it's sturdy and it's got some heft to it. Nice craftsmanship and it works as good as it looks. I bought mine from the seller "pastryitems" and they did a great job at quick shipping and had the best price I could find on the internet. I can't wait to get to using this thing!
