its a spatula....Jan 30, 2010 not much to say about a spatula, i was so glad to find a small offset spatula,
i didn't notice it had a plastic handle. that is the only problem with
it and it is cosmetic. if i used it a lot, i would buy another one
with a wooden handle, but this is adequate.

Industry StandardDec 06, 2009 Found in bakeries everywhere, it's the perfect size, weight and feel for icing cupcakes and other tasks that require this size tool. As a professional pastry chef, I often have to use it for hours at a time. No brainer if this is the size offset you need. Don't listen to Suzy homebakers who think it's not big or stury enough. They have no clue. And I'm just a pastry chef, I don't represent Ateco!

compact spatulaJan 08, 2009 ~~ a little light and a little small, depending on your intent. But where space is at a premium , it will probably do the trick. However I wish I had bought a larger more sturdy feeling one. This feels like a toy.

must have cooking toolNov 06, 2008 Can't bake without this tool. We even named it. It is little Ricky. Without little Ricky we could not decorate the beautiful cakes we bake.
