Great Pan, but poor delivery.Jan 21, 2010

I generally hate it when reviewers complain about issues that aren't directly related to the product being reviewed, like shipping delays, but it seems especially relevant for this item because of the problems I've had. I ordered this item and it arrived in pieces because it had almost no padding inside the box. Subsequently, I ordered a second and it too came unpadded and damaged. I ordered a third tray from Amazon, and it also arrived broken. All three times the trays were either placed unprotected in their boxes or the person putting them in the box didn't notice (or care) that they were broken. This isn't an especially fragile item, but the top is somewhat brittle and can (obviously) crack. Finally, I ordered this tray from another vendor on Amazon.com and it arrived in great shape (and was much more thoroughly padded for its trip). The only silver lining is that Amazon.com has taken responsibility for their errors and refunded my money (at least for the first item - the other two returns are still in process).
