Great Knife setJan 20, 2011
By Gordo I bought this set for my brother who is currently a line chef. He loves it, believes that it is well balanced and has a great blade. He plans on using this set for years to come.

MehJul 26, 2011
By Megan Hollemabek I was given this set for Advanced Training Culinary with Job Corps, the chef's knife lost it's edge almost immediately. To the point that I cut two pieces of deli ham, about a quarter inch thick, and the just sharpened blade was dull. Balence was great, the edge was horrid.
