we enjoyed eating the waffles from this mix. they cooked up beautifully, crispy and tasty. we'll definitely use the mix again.

I bought this with my waffle maker only to find that I need to add all the ingredients that I would have to add to plain flour. And the recipe that came with my waffle maker using plain flour makes better waffles.

I got a waffle maker and this waffle mix many years ago for Christmas from my parents. The waffle mix is soooooo good that my family makes me serve them for breakfast every Saturday morning as a treat. I have tried so many other mixes that people have told me about and they do not compare at all. They are very light but full tasting. We even take leftovers and the kids eat it for breakfast the next day. I use eggbeaters instead of eggs and applesauce instead of oil. They are still very light and tasty! They cook on my wafflemaker in less than three minutes. Gotta keep coming back to Amazon for more when we are done as they don't sell it in the stores.

I have used this mix with my Waring Pro waffle maker and loved the waffles. They were light, tasty and well formed. You need to experiment with the amount in your grill plates and the color level to get them just right. Making the belgian waffles is a treat for my husband and myself as we don't make them alot. But when we do...it's well worth the time, especially if you also make a batch of fresh strawberries and some sugar cooked down to go over them.....yum!

This is a very good mix for waffle and they come out beautiful golden tasty and crispy. I would buy again and over again good mix.
