First ImpressionsMay 21, 2010 I've not used the product yet, but upon opening it, it is very obvious that this is a well made tool for the kitchen. I'm looking forward to my first batch of biscuits.
Good cookie press, very pleased.Feb 12, 2010 I purchased this for myself more than a year ago to replace a much loved 25+ year old Wearever press that died; the advancing mechanism just wore out. I was a little hesitant about this new press because my Wearever one had a thickness control setting and this one has only 2 settings. I was tempted by the stainless steel, good reviews and many dies though. The first time I used it my dough must have been too stiff because it took a lot of effort to get the cookies out and I had a very hard time making them small. I was bummed. Undaunted, I tried again with the same family favorite butter cookie recipe but a softer dough and the press worked great. I made a large number of shapes and all worked fine. I've used it a few times since and like it a lot. I miss some of the shapes my Wearever press had but this one has a nice selection of dies. As others have mentioned, the downsides are I don't believe the press is stainless steel and the tube's volume is relatively small. It does come apart and can be washed easily.
Amazing Cookie Press!Feb 03, 2010 This cookie press is the best one I've owned!! It does help to keep the press and the disks in the freezer until you are ready to use them so the dough doesn't stick to either. So easy to use and the cookies were perfect everytime!!

Dough won't come out of the pressJan 10, 2010 I decided to buy this cookie press based on Amazon reviews, but am very disappointed. I use an old family Spriz recipe which uses butter and the cookies would not stick to my cookie sheet. They got stuck in the press and I had to pry them out, which ruined the shape of the cookies. So I'm back to square one, sending this one back.
Great Spritz maker!!Jan 07, 2010 I purchased this Atlas Cookie Maker for my husband and he loves it!! Only downfall is you have to refill more often. I say just another way to change out the various designs!!
Overall Wonderful!!
