Wonderful seriesAug 19, 2012
By F. Stecker The dick series are not only attractive knives but very functional in the kitchen. They are not very expensive compared to the regular market but their quality is excellent
very nice knifeSep 02, 2011
By baker I had wustoff 9" bread knife. Broke the blade after about 10 yrs.Was an excellent knife. I replaced it with a Mac, but wore it out in about 2 yrs. The dick knife is everything I want and more. I use it to cut fruit mostly, but it's also good for some carving tasks & it cuts most breads like butter. The blade is rather stiff but it hasn't been a problem. It is slightly longer than ideal for me. An 8 or 9" would be perfect. It is a great knife tho & the fit & finish are first rate.
