it's great. Balance is superb. The feel is great. It's very sharp and holds its edge. It's almost too long to be a paring knife, really more in the 'utility' category, I think.
The first thing I did with this when I got is was bone a turkey, duck, and chicken. I made a turducken using only this knife.
I love it.
