 Overpriced tomato knife.Oct 28, 2010

Sharp, but too small for any normal kitchen tasks.You can slice a tomato, that's about it. Too small to slice a sandwich! The square butt of the knife digs into your palm and is VERY uncomfortable and not ergonomic whatsoever. Looks neat, that's about it. NOT recommended for anyone in the culinary industry.

I cook for a living and my other serated knife needs replacing. I figured I'd give this Guy knife a whirl. It works amazing. A little light weight and short, but I knew that when I bought it. Good grip on the handle.

Not only is this thing mean looking, it's a great piece of cutlery. This is one of my favorite knives. Easy to cut meat, fruit or vegetables. I have zero complaints about this knife, and I get lots of compliments on how neat looking it is. Love it!!!

I was so taken by the 8" chefs knife I received as a gift, that I ordered the 5.5"utility knife. I have cutlery from Wustoff and Henkels that are excellent tools. This knife rates right with them with one exception. I have used it for 9 months now and have noticed a slight flaw. The blade is slightly twisted so it cuts towards my left hand fingers holding whatever I am cutting. I can't say enough good things about the chefs knife and these Kuckle Sandwich knives perform with the big boys. Great blade sharpness and durability. The slight blade twist is minor.

the name say's it all ,i love kitchen gadgets /knives i saw this knife and i had to think a while because of the price ,broke down and ordered it and have loved cooking and preparing to cook with this knife / fork. bite the bullet and buy it .good job guy . p/s i would go for the other knives but i have so many top rated ones ,just don't have the dagger fork model ,it is at the head of the line. by the way i rarely write a review .
