This is a large sifter that works well. Would have loved to find one with a plastic cover for the top and bottom when I am done using it. Instead it is kpet in a storage bag. Works great though.

I wanted an easy to use, easy to clean sifter and I found one. This sifter works great, easy to squeeze the handle to sift. Easy to wash out the flour and other dry ingredients. I use it every time I bake.

Years ago I had a Rubbermaid sifter that I really liked but after years of use it finally wore out. I replaced it with a metal sifter which was very difficult to clean and I ended up throwing it out because of the hardened flour debris. This Hutzier sifter was just what I was looking for - lightweight, easy to use and cleans up like new after every use.

This sifter is very poorly made of thin cheap plastic. The arm that moves the sifter broke during the first use.

Really easy to use and a must have tool for any kitchen. I like that it is easy to clean and can fill up to almost 3 cups of flour.
