This is the first time I tried silicone bakeware and was amazed at how easy it is to use. The cakes I made came out of the pans perfectly. It is so lightweight and flexible that it will be great for packing and taking to Europe when I move there later this year!

It's really small and I mean really small. And I didn't realize how small until I received it. And maybe I didn't get how small from the description on the sales site.
Anyway, it's great for a couple of cups or a small jello mold.

I was completely happy with the mold and wish it were also available in a larger size. The geklatin dessert released very easily.
