I'll buy the more expensive one next time.Jun 26, 2007

I bought this Springform pan for a specific recipe, I usually use the 9", but needed the 10". Since I didn't think I would need it much I got the 'cheaper' model. It worked for the recipe, but when I went to put it away it was warped and would not fit back together. I handwashed it and so it must have warped from the heat of the oven, which, for something you plan to use in the oven is not a good thing!! I returned it and will try another brand.

Lets bake a layer cake or a cheesecake.Mar 27, 2007
By Michael J. Gayer I love to cook as a hobby, A means to relax and eat a great meal.
I found the Patisse springform pan easy to clean, easy to use, and has a tight seal rim. It has not oozed through 7 cheesecakes and two layered cakes.
I just Love it. And to you wise guys, go hungry.Patisse 10-Inch Springform Pan, Non-Stick

works but not very durableNov 29, 2010

I was able to successfully bake a pear tart in this pan but after one use I noticed that the bottom part was warped on one side (a little bent along the perimeter) and after two washes the hinge has already started to rust. Can't imagine I'll be using this pan much longer.

Nice pan, good finish, odd that you are supposed to bake it before use, but not a big deal to me.
Perfect cheesecake panNov 29, 2010
By Jacqueline M Jasek This pan worked so well for my first cheesecake. It's simple to use and really made my cheesecake stand out and look so polished! I love this pan!
