Useful for temperature sensative cooking!Jan 31, 2012

I got this for my husband as a gift to aid him when cooking. It has served its purpose and was worth the money! Whether your making holinsaide sauce, chocolate mousse, or taking the surface temperature of a skillet, it gives accurate readings and leads to the production of an excellent tasting product! It is a little pricey but so far we love it!
