Zurimix vanilla cream is a wonderful mix to use with our pre baked tart shells. You can make professional desserts with ease. We sell the mix in 2lb 3oz bags which makes about 2 gallons of vanilla cream. You just combine the mix with milk and whip with a hand mixer, that's it. Many chefs and cooks substitute the vanilla cream for pastry cream.
