How soon do you ship?

Almost all orders are shipped within 1 business day. We maintain a large inventory and out of stocks are rarely a problem. We ship by UPS and USPS based on your location. We ship from Maryland. Books are shipped from Amazon.com.

 What is your return policy?

Seven days from receiving the item is our standard policy, we will refund or exchange or replace. This is extended to 30 days during the holiday season. The item must be in resalable condition and have the original packing. That is all we ask. We do not want even one dissatisfied customer. We stand behind every item we sell. We have a small business and have built it on service. We do not refund shipping charges in either direction.

Do you ship by overnight? 

Sorry, we do not. With us regular shipping is usually all you need because we are fast. We do offer expedited shipping through Amazon.com. but this is not overnight, it is usually 3 day shipping from UPS.

Do you share email addresses? 

 Never!

Do you ship out of the United States? 

Yes, we are set up through Amazon.com to ship worldwide. However, the shipping fee is usually expensive.
